1) About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and any products or services we provide, including our paid membership, training content, templates, calls, and community (“Membership”).
By using the Site or purchasing the Membership, you agree to these Terms.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or purchase the Membership. By using the Site, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3) What we provide
We provide educational content and community access designed to help creative professionals build and systemise a service business (e.g., videography, editing, content services). This may include:
- Training modules, videos, live/recorded sessions
- Templates, scripts, trackers, and documents
- Group calls, Q&A sessions, feedback sessions
- A private community space hosted on third-party platforms
We may update, change, replace, or remove content and features over time.
4) No guarantees (important)
We provide education and tools, not a promise of results. Your outcomes depend on many factors we cannot control (your effort, market, pricing, skills, client behaviour, timing, etc.). We do not guarantee income, leads, client wins, profitability, or business growth.
Nothing on the Site is professional legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. You should get professional advice where appropriate.
5) Accounts and access
You may need an account to access parts of the Site or Membership. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login details secure
- Any activity on your account
- Ensuring your contact details are accurate
We can suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused or shared.
6) Membership billing, renewal, and cancellation
Subscription
The Membership is sold on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly). Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
Payment
Payments are taken via our payment providers and/or third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe and community hosting platforms). You authorise us (and our providers) to charge the subscription fee and any applicable taxes.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime through your account/payment platform. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge. Unless we state otherwise, you will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Price changes
We may change pricing. If you’re on a recurring subscription, we’ll give reasonable notice before a price change applies to you.
7) Refunds
Unless required by law, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or change of mind after access has been provided.
However, if you cannot access what you paid for and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion, in line with your statutory rights.
8) Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights that apply to digital content and digital services. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights where it would be unlawful to do so.
Where a legal “cooling off” right applies, it can be affected once access to digital content/services begins. Where required, we will obtain any necessary acknowledgements during checkout via the payment platform.
9) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, resell, distribute, or publicly share our content, templates, recordings, or materials
- Share your login or allow others to access paid content through your account
- Scrape, hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Site
- Post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or defamatory content
- Upload malware or harmful files
- Use the community for spam, unsolicited selling, or aggressive pitching
We can remove content or restrict access if you breach this section.
10) Intellectual property and licence
All Site and Membership content (including videos, documents, templates, branding, and recordings) is owned by us or licensed to us.
When you purchase the Membership, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own business purposes. You must not:
- Resell or redistribute templates/materials
- Publish or upload them publicly
- Create a competing product using our content as the base
11) User content in the community
If you post content in our community (messages, files, comments, feedback requests, etc.), you:
- Remain the owner of your content
- Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, and display it for operating the community (e.g., moderation, backups, access for members)
Do not post confidential information you wouldn’t want shared. Community spaces are not private one-to-one communications.
12) Calls, sessions, and recordings
We may record group calls/training sessions for member access and quality purposes. By attending, you consent to recording. If you don’t want to be recorded, avoid sharing sensitive information and consider turning off your camera/mic where possible.
13) Third-party platforms
Parts of the Membership may be delivered through third-party platforms (e.g., community hosting, payments, video hosting). Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes outside our control.
14) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access (with or without notice) if you:
- Materially breach these Terms
- Misuse the community or harass others
- Attempt to share/sell paid content
- Engage in illegal activity relating to the Site
If we terminate for serious breach, refunds are not provided unless required by law.
15) Liability (limits)
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities)
- Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the Site or Membership is limited to the amount you paid to us in the last 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The latest version will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. If changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify active subscribers.
17) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of the Site and the consumer protection laws that apply to you in your country of residence. Where required, mandatory consumer rights still apply.
